Pastor Chuch and Janna Buttner
In 1987, the Lord called Pastor Charles Buettner to become the second Executive Director of the Baltimore Rescue Mission due to Brother Raleigh Holt’s failing health. Shortly after his new calling, Brother Chuck oversaw the Karis Home renovation project.
